Our company began as the passion of two entrepreneurs who looked at the telecommunications industry and knew that they could provide an alternative to the traditional – and often costly – model of the time.

With a commitment to quality products, premium service and custom tailored solutions, Adalex brings world-class products and solutions to businesses with anywhere from five to thousands of employees in the New York metro area and across the country.

With a customer-centric approach, Adalex grew quickly into a trusted source for cost-effective telecommunications solutions and continued to expand into new lines of business including key telephone systems, paging systems, call accounting systems, voice and data systems, long distance telephone access, local telephone access and wireless telephone communications.

Early on, Adalex recognized a need for specialized system design and support in order to help businesses use their telecom technology to be more productive. It was this focus on longevity and a holistic approach to communication that helped propel Adalex to the industry leader it is today.
